  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    All monies due to Property Owners are direct deposited to their account information they provide to us.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    You may review the lease but the Property Manager signs them.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty does have Realtors® available to you our Property Manager, Michelle Lovingood, only handles Property Management.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    All rent is paid through our online portal.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    Our minimum lease is 1 year unless otherwise agreed upon with the Property Owner.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    The process to onboard a property only takes a few days.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage Residential Properties, single family and multi units such as duplexes and triplexes and townhomes.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    The security deposit is held in a trust account.
